Do I need to upload the video every time?
No. Once you upload a sermon, it's saved to your account. You can clip from it as many times as you want. The transcript is also saved so you never wait twice.
What video formats do you accept?
We accept MP4, MOV, WebM, and MKV files. Most church recording setups will export MP4, which works perfectly.
How accurate is the transcription?
We use OpenAI's Whisper AI, which achieves approximately 95–98% accuracy on clear English speech. If your pastor speaks a second language or has a strong accent, accuracy may vary slightly, but our fuzzy matching still finds the right clip.
Is there a file size limit?
On the Church plan, you can upload videos up to 4 hours long with no file size cap. We handle 4GB+ files through chunked uploading so slow connections aren't a problem.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You won't be charged after cancellation and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
